<li> 进入小程序首页,点击左侧菜单“客服消息”,进入客服消息列表,客服人员暂无数据。</li>

<li>点击右上角“添加”按钮,绑定客服人员,在文本框中输入需要绑定为客服人员的微信号,点击搜索,下方出现该微信的头像,然后点击确定即可。</li>

1. 绑定的客服扫码进入微信官方“移动端小程序客服”

<li>选择需要转接的客服,可以选择给客服留言当前客户的问题,演示账户只绑定了一个客服,所以没有其他客服转接。如果多个客服的话,可以点击“转接”按钮。完成转接,另一个客服会接到未读对话。</li>
